**What does this position do at Hogarth?**

This is an important role that works in collaboration with the Global Head of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion to drive global and regional DE&I initiatives that create an environment where diversity is celebrated, and every individual feels valued and empowered to thrive.

The DEIRP serves as an important conduit between regional business needs and the global DE&I strategy. It will involve working in collaboration with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, to develop and implement strategies across our core systems: Talent, L&D, Clients, Culture & Communications. The role also includes supporting our insight-based and data-driven DE&I policies and our DE&I commitments that align with our people and business goals. Our policies form part of our truly integrated approach to DE&I focusing on our people, the equitable needs of our underrepresented communities, and our client work, which can have a positive impact on the world.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver effective DE&I solutions.
- Support the professional growth and success of colleagues to become inclusive leaders and allies.
- Be a trusted advisor and partner for different business divisions.
- Develop, implement, and manage tailored DE&I initiatives within a region.
- Support the development of project-specific programmes and expertise within a specific discipline area of the business.
- Work with the talent teams and partners to deliver against diverse recruitment goals.
- Work with new hires within the inclusion program during onboarding and check-ins programs.
- Coordinate affinity groups on gender, PWDs, ethnicity, race and LGBTQIA+.
- Participate and encourage the development of diversity focused business solutions.
- Conduct research and map the company's diversity so that KPIs are defined and measured YoY
- Develop internal campaigns to increase employee engagement and participation in diversity surveys.

**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**

This role reports to the Global Head of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion.

You will work closely with the Regional Business Lead, Regional HR Director, Regional TA Partner, Regional LSBP and with the Regional CEO & MDs.
