Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a **Customer Service Administrator** to work in **Wrexham**
**For the successful Customer Service Administrator our client is offering**:
- £24,000 - £26,000 per annum depending upon experience
- 37.5 working week, Mon - Fri. Days
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday
- Company pension contribution up to 7%
- On-site canteen
**The role - Customer Service Administrator**:
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Process all customer purchase orders on to the company’s ERP system
- Generate all production scheduling requests
- Generate and issue to Manufacturing the relevant Works Orders
- Ad-hoc administration
**What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Administrator**:
- Previous Customer service experience within the commercial or industrial sector - **ESSENTIAL**:
- Really strong written English & Math skills.
- Strong I.T skills particularly with using Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office programmes.
- Sales administration experience - **ESSENTIAL**:
- Previous purchasing administration experience **BENEFICIAL**
