Customer Support Administrator

A fabulous opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established and reputable business in Wrexham.
You will be welcomed into the friendly team and you will be rewarded with:

- 25 Days Paid annual leave
- 1pm finish on a Friday
**The Customer Services Administrator role will be busy and varied including the following duties**:
- Inputting customer orders onto the MRP system
- Maintain customer schedules and business forecast
- Communicate customer requirements to internal department across 4 sites
- Confirmation of customer delivery dates on external scheduling system
- Negotiating pricing on stock and existing non-stock parts
- Assisting internal departments with any delivery issues
- Co-ordinate sales of additional parts
- Attend meetings with internal teams
**The successful Customer Services Administrator will have the following skills and experience**:
- Account handling and Customer Service experience
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- High level of initiative to deal with account queries and customer issues
- MRP or similar manufacturing computer system
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office tools
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
