**Job Title**: Sales Administrative Support

**Location**: Suite FF3, Unit 3, Blackwood Business Park, Ash Road South, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham, LL13 9UG

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 05:00pm

Radius Payment Solutions is a global solutions provider within the fleet and logistics markets. We initially started out selling fuel cards, however Radius now also provides vehicle tracking, commercial insurance, business telecoms solutions, vehicle hire and much more, providing services to over 300,000 global customers including major European oil and logistics companies.

Over the last 7 years our Telematics business has expanded across Europe, Asia, Australia and America both organically and through acquisition, widening and self-developing its product offering to become one of the leading global players. The commercial finance team seeks a Commercial Analyst to help support the future growth of the business.

**What will you be doing as Sales Administrative Support?**

This is a varied role which will comprise of providing comprehensive sales and administrative support to the Sales department within our telematics division. The main duties of the post will include processing existing sales enquiries, maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining customer records;
- Responsible for the daily processing of all repeat orders;
- Liaise with the dispatch team to ensure goods are processed in a timely manner;
- Continual review of processes to increase efficiency & accuracy;
- Maintain knowledge of prices, market and delivery conditions;
- Become fluent in all hardware that Radius Telematics offer;
- Building a rapport with the customer base to ensure the highest level of service is provided

- Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels;
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Confident with Microsoft Office & CRM Systems;
- Product Knowledge across all Hardware & Camera solutions/capabilities
