With increasing workload in the Service division, we have an excellent opportunity for a Service Co-Ordinator to join a fast paced and innovative company.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the main duties and responsibilities being as follows:
**Roles and Responsibilities.**
- Reporting to the Service Manager and assisting in the day-to-day operations.
- Support in the co-ordinating & planning of weekly schedules for Service Crews.
- Purchasing and acquisition of BOQ items for jobs including labour, parts, and materials
- Ensuring that service is delivered in accordance with our standard operating procedures and in line with our IFS Enterprise Resource Planning system.
- Communicating with our internal warehouse to ensure correct parts are assigned to jobs.
- Quality checking documentation such as tenders, reports, and schedules
- Assisting with maintaining and updating issue logs, registers, and cost trackers
- Generating and updating quotations & invoices
- Ensuring that all service telephone calls are answered professionally, and all messages are logged and forwarded to the Service Manager
- Assisting H&S manager with the HSQE documents
- To perform the job in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- To perform any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

**Skills / Attributes.**
- Previous experience working in a similar role or related field is advantageous.
- Computer literate - must be proficient in MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Previous experience of IFS software preferred but not essential (training will be provided).
- Grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE Level (Higher and Further education desirable)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Strong collaborative skills with an ability to work effectively in a team.
- Mechanical/ Electrical knowledge or experience desirable..
