Caremark Care Coordinator Job Specification-North Down Area

**Salary**: £23,690 - £24,720+ per annum, monthly and annual bonuses, as well as private health insurance

Hours: full time 9am - 5.30pm to include one evening a week 1pm-9pm (occasional weekends Sat **or** Sun 0700-1500 **or** 1100-1900, one in two)

Principal responsibilities
- Answering all incoming telephone enquiries.
- Processing new service user referrals.
- Preparing appropriate documentation for Field Care Supervisors.
- Permanent allocation of Care & Support Workers to all service user visits and ensuring all visits are covered.
- Maintaining computer systems up to date at all times.
- Ensuring all customer and Care & Support Worker documentation and electronic records are kept up to date at all times.
- To work closely with the Field Care Supervisors.
- To ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures.
- Production of reports and management information as required.

Additional Information:
**Essential**: Good communication skills, good knowledge of use of Microsoft Office packages, ability to work under pressure, excellent organisation skills.

**Desirable**: Experience within the care industry, experience in developing rotas.

**Salary**: £23,690.00-£24,720.00 per year
