Owen Payne Recruitment are actively seeking a Construction Administrator to join a leading reginal building contractor, based in the Birmingham area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a long-standing employer, offering a busy varied role, with brilliant career prospects.

*A full clean driving licence is required due to local travel to company sites*

This is a straight to permanent position with incredible benefits:

- Competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

- The ability to understand construction drawings (desirable)

Main duties of the role include
- Ensuring all duties are carried out in accordance with standard company procedures and regulatory bodies
- Coordination of project files and drawings, working closely with contract managers and site managers
- Supporting estimating team with general tasks
- Management of company filing system
- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the board room schedule to prevent duplicate bookings.
- Creating and updating records and databases
- Management of site cloud-based document systems

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday - 8.30am until 4pm (30-minute break)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
