**Training / Quality & Procurement Co-ordinator**

**Greenford.** are an experienced and respected Civil Engineering Company, with Offices in Oxford and Solihull.

We are currently looking to recruit a **Training / Quality & Procurement Co-ordinator** for our Midlands Office, in Earlswood, Solihull.

The role is part-time, Office-based, and involves supporting our staff, on and off-site, to facilitate the effective and smooth running of the Midland Office’s day to day operations.

You will report directly to the Midlands Office Company Director.

Essential Requirements:

- Personal Assistant experience
- An excellent telephone manner
- Previous Administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience of hiring Plant and Site equipment
- Experience in the procurement of Construction materials and Site Supplies
- Experience of booking and recording Employee Training, managing, and maintaining Company Training Databases, and recovering CITB Training Grants.
- An understanding of Quality Assurance Standards and Procedures.

Desired:

- Experience in dealing with Suppliers.
- Knowledge of and / or experience in Civil Engineering / Construction.
