Our Data Teams assist the operational and Functional Teams in creating meaningful data which allows informed decisions to be made to ensure we are operating with financial and KPI agreed terms.

WHAT KIND OF WORK WILL I DO?

Working within our Central Functions HR Team you will work with a passionate team who support the Business with Human Resources and People Processes.
- Local communications
- Supporting the Buiding Great Employee Relationship agenda.
- Systems management of incidents
- Respond to urgent matters at any time, and escalate issues to the appropriate person.
- Key Event planning/management
- Collations of data /business packs for meeting
- Cross collaboration of multiple stakeholders
- To ensure relationships with customers are maintained and continuously developed.
- Supporting our sites to drive the HR agenda
- Champion employee engagement and use your initiative to find opportunities for continuous improvement

WHAT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS DO I NEED?
- You must have achieved G.C.S.E.s in Mathematics and English with Grade C and above/4-9 or have a achieved Level 2 Functional skills in both English and Mathematics
- Must be fluent in English
- As part of the **HR Support** Level 3 Apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years as it is a government funded apprenticeship programme
- Must have a full uk driving license and the ability to travel across the UK
- Flexibility to respond to last minute requests

- Compensation:
£21,000 per annum starting salary. As an Apprentice your salary will increase throughout the programme.

WORKING WEEK: 40 hours Mon-fri 9.5pm
