HR Support Specialist

We are currently hiring for pragmatic, enthusiastic, determined HR Support Specialist to join our dynamic team based at a contact centre in Caldecotte, Milton Keynes.
Previous HR experience would be desirable. However training regarding company policy & process will be provided on-site. We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of Human Resources, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
**Role Summary**
Effectively maintains employee information that meets the organization's legal obligations and assists in human resource management and planning by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and analyses. Analyze data and prepare reports.
Data managed may include personal information; job history; retirement and insurance documentation; leave accrual records; and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression. Analyze data and prepare reports for management, to meet legal obligations, or for external agencies.

**Essential Functions**
- Supports Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) with a variety of administrative functions to include entering data into the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and other related systems, scanning documents and performing mail merges
- Remains abreast of HR policies and guidelines by reviewing the Team Member Guide and monitoring for updates/changes in order to quickly reference and answer routine HR related questions and adjust work activities accordingly.
- A substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
- Works on assignments that are routine to moderately difficult, requiring some decision in resolving issues or in making recommendations
- Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments
- Knowledgeable in applicable software systems, e.g. Microsoft Suites, HRIS, Performance Management
- Problem Solving
- Collaborate with appropriate parties to resolve team member issues
- Years Relevant Exp ‐ Human Resources, Administrative support Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
