Call Centre Executive

**Duties**:

- Handle a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information to customers and assist with problem resolution
- Analyse customer needs to offer the best solutions
- Maintain phone etiquette standards at all times
- Upsell products or services to customers where appropriate

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Experience in data entry is preferred
- Capability to analyse customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Prior experience in upselling is beneficial
- Excellent phone etiquette skills

Pay: From £24,865.00 per year
