**Job description**
This is a fantastic stepping stone to achieving success in the Mortgage Industry for a bright, intelligent, and hard-working Call Centre Agent.
Loans Warehouse is currently looking for agents for our Call Centre team. You don't need any industry experience; our interest lies more in your communication skills, want to progress and attitude to learning.
**The Role**:
Working within our busy Paraplanner team you will be taking clients through an over the phone fact find, and ensuring they receive an efficient and friendly experience.
You will be responsible for understanding our client’s preferences and needs. Ensuring the information given is recorded accurately.
This is a full time office based role.
**What you need to bring**:
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Great listening skills
- Attention to detail and accurate record information
- Capable of speaking to different people in various situations
- Be able to build rapport
- Computer literate. Previous experience using Excel, Word, and CRM tools

Starting Salary £20,000 to £25,000 with the opportunity to earn a bonus and overtime.

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
You will work Monday to Friday, on either a 09.00 to 17.00 or 10.00 to 18.00 shift. Fridays we finish early and open our in-house bar. You'll be required to work 1 Saturday a month as overtime, we open 09.00 to 14.00
