The team liaise with colleagues hotel wide, from meeting & events, accounts, spa and golf along with our activities team and Food and Beverage outlets to ensure a seamless and smooth customer journey for our guests, whether it’s a couples stay, a family break or a group getaway.
**The team cover the phones 7 days a week so you will need to be flexible to various shift as well as working weekends on a rota basis.**
