**Operations Support Administrator**

**Location - Hemel Hempstead**

**Permanent**

**Salary - £21,287 to £25,043 (depending on experience)**

**The Opportunity**

To provide essential administrative support to the Customer Operations East of England team. In particular, to efficiently co-ordinate and administer key activities and resources, such as people, facilities and data.

**What we ask of you**
- Maintain, report and coordinate technical and financial records, e.g. provide relevant KPI’s reports to the management team
- Operate and administer key data systems across the broad spectrum of business activities
- Provide a first line response for team communications by managing incoming phone calls, mail and correspondence
- Manage and co-ordinate team diaries and schedules and ensure that the itinerary is always clearly communicated to all relevant parties
- Organise various meetings, briefings and events as required and provide a minute taking and distribution service for key meetings
- Ensure that all requests, orders, invoices are progressed in a timely manner, complying with all procedural requirements and internal audit regulations.
- Support fellow members of the team to ensure that the movements and activities are co-ordinated and maximise their impact on business performance

**What You’ll Bring**
- Good literacy and numerical skills
- Confident knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience of liaising with senior members of staff, internally and externally
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise competing activities
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive and confident approach, and the willingness to get stuck in
- An interest in personal development and continuous improvement, able to challenge current ways of working
- An understanding of business savviness and GDPR
- Strong planning and organising skills
- Excellent customer service skills
