Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit an office operations administrator, with excellent customer service skills to join our team based in Hemel Hempstead. In return, we are offering a very attractive pay and benefits package with excellent career progression opportunities.
**EXPERIENCE AND SKILL**
- Exceptional communication (both verbal and written).
- Computer Skills & Microsoft Office and Accounts Software - Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar or previous role within the industry.
- The ability to work on your own initiative and as a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexible, punctual & trustworthy.
- Ability to be proactive and think outside the box.
- Efficient with excellent organisational skills.
- Good work ethic, willingness to learn.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Plan field staff jobs.
- Answering phones and responding to client requests and enquiries.
- Ensuring internal processes are well-organised and discipline is followed.
- Managing and updating company databases.
- Maintaining employee, subcontractors, and client records.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Various admin activities to assist with site operations.
- Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements.
