Business Support Administrator

Our client based in Huntingdon is looking for a Business Support Co-ordinator to join their team
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the main purpose of the role is to provide an exemplary administration support and develop administration processes and procedure including fleet, company mobiles & facilities, and is based in the reception area.
Main Area of Responsibility
- Reception manning throughout Office hours
- Managing board room bookings and lunch orders for meetings as required.
- Manage the facilities of the Office including boiler, electricity, gas etc.
- Management of managing a company fleet of circa 6 vehicles (Enterprise)
- Coordination of all staff travel, including hotel bookings, flights, travel insurance.
- Ordering of all office supplies, maintaining inventory.
- Daily incoming and outgoing post, parcel and delivery stockroom co-ordination.
- Maintaining accurate records of Security/ID cards
- Support Finance with invoice checking and recording of relevant vendors (Fleet, Facilities, vendors)
- Assisting the HR manager in ad-hoc office Admin projects and Recruitment administration
Person Specification
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate at all levels while maintaining diplomacy
- Methodical and organised
- Ability to manage several processes/multitask
- IT Literate
- Professionalism at all levels
**Experience**:
- Experience of finance/accounts payable experience
- Experience of fleet management/coordination
- Experience of managing vendor relationships (e.g Fleet/Mobile Phone providers)
The salary is £21,000 per annum and working hours are from 08:30am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday.
