If you have experience working within Customer Services or Administration, I have the job for you I am recruiting a Customer Services Assistant for my well renowned client based in Colchester. My client is extremely busy at present, hence their requirementfor a new team member
- Dealing with customer queries over the telephone and face to face
- Using the inhouse system to monitor and update all details accurately
- Taking orders from customers and ensuring that all documentation is printed out correctly for each order
- Amending customer’s details accurately and in a timely manner to avoid any problems with the customers delivery
- Organising and co-ordinating activities with dedicated clients
- Liaising closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure they have up to date customer information
- Demonstrated experience of working in a Customer Services Administration role
- Strong Microsoft office skills including excel spreadsheets
- Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail
- Great organisation skills with ability to effectively prioritise workloads
