About the Role

Our award winning Customer Service Centre processes a large range of customer queries regarding savings accounts. Our Customer Service Administrators deliver first class customer care to new and existing customers and truly are at the heart of our operationat Newcastle Strategic Solutions.

In the role of Customer Service Administrator you’ll provide first-class administrative support to customers through various points of the account management lifecycle.

Our ethos within the Customer Service Centre is putting our customers first and getting things right first time.

About You

Your organisational skills will be second to none and you’ll thrive in a fast paced environment.

The desire to provide excellent customer service is key, NSSL perform at the highest standard and our colleagues share in that enthusiasm and commitment to our customers.

Full training for the role will be delivered through our fantastic Service Academy, we’ll make sure you get all the support you need to succeed
