Complaints Coordinator required for an extremely busy, full-time, temporary position based in Durham, this will become permanent for the right person.

**Job**
Reporting to the Team Manager, the Coordinator will work within a busy team of Service Coordinators and will be responsible for collating all relevant information for each complaint, ensuring accuracy with details and dates/times, to enable appropriate decisionsto be made by the Manager with regards to resolution. This will be a combination of current and historical issues that related to works carried out in domestic and commercial properties.

**Experience Required**
Applicants must have plenty of customer care experience and will be well versed in complaints management. Some knowledge of reactive maintenance, housing maintenance and repairs or facilities management environment is preferred if possible. Applicants musthave excellent organisational skills, they must also be able to communicate well in both verbal and written format. Strong IT skills are useful as is the ability to work well under pressure.

**Remuneration**
£11.68 per hour (PAYE).

This is a temporary position and Corepeople Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers to the hirer.
