**Customer Support Representative for fine art printing company**

theprintspace is a best in class fine art & photographic printing studio with an outstanding customer satisfaction reputation. We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team on site at our fantastic Shoreditch studio, in the heart of London’s thriving creative community. This role **would suit a recent graduate of the arts looking for a first career step in the industry**

Theprintspace is a fast-growing company based in the UK with branches in Germany and the United States. We operate an internet platform called creativehub, the functions of this platform are:

- Web orders - To take orders for fine art & photo prints, mounts and frames. Our clients here are both professional and amateur artists predominantly in the UK, Europe & North America.
- Dropshipping - To allow web stores to integrate their order systems to enable automatic fulfillment of art print orders. Our clients here are leading artists, social media influencers and prestigious media & arts organizations.

**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Adopt and deliver our ‘think boutique’ approach to customer service
- Help walk-in clients on-site at theprintspace, London
- Identify & assess customer’s needs, clarify information and provide solutions and alternatives wherever applicable
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalate to concerned authority when necessary
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open, honest and interactive communication
- Provide accurate & complete information to improve customer satisfaction leading to noticeable results

- Would suit recent graduate of the arts looking for a first career step in the industry
- Has an appreciation of art and photography
- Experience in a customer service or a customer interactive/facing role
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to different personality types
- Highly driven, with a passion for delivery exceptional standards

**Working shift**
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 10am - 7pm

Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
