We have an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Support Advisor**to join our innovative & fast paced business. You will be a strong team player & look to support your colleagues within the Key Account Management Team.

**Job Summary**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Managing the customer expectations from quote request stage, through to order receipt, delivery & the after sales experience for the customer- Establishing & maintaining strong relationships with customers to provide a high level of support & service to existing accounts- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders within the business but also within various departments of the customers you are working with, from stores personnel to laboratory technicians, lab managers & procurement/buying teams- Ensuring that KPIs & SLAs agreed with the customer are managed & exceeded by working closely with other departments to ensure this- Working closely & supporting a team of field-based account managers, ensuring they are familiar with, & fulfilling contractual obligations for large customer accounts, working side by side with Head of Corporate & Major accounts in driving this forward- Enthusiastic to grow the company sales by identifying & prospecting existing & new customers
- Sales or a tenacious approach to customer service in your current role- Previous Account management or business development skills- Confident to cold call, research opportunities to identify new business. The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment whilst still maintaining attention to detail- IT competent, Word, CRM, social media capabilities & in particular Excel to be to present information clearly as well as manipulate existing spreadsheets of data
