**Job title**: FM Helpdesk Customer Service Advisor
**Location**: Q10 Quorum Business Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE12 8BU
**Length**: 12 months
**Work hour**: Weekends Shift (5 hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday / 10 hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday / a Sunday with some evening hours through the week / a Saturday with some evening hours through the week)

Processing requests from facilities management within a business
Responsible to obtain as much information as possible from the requestor
Processing details of the fault, location, severity, and log this accurately on our in-house system
Communicating directly with on-site workers and engineers
**Requirements for this position**:
Previous Customer Services/ Administrative experience
Computer literate, including Microsoft Office system
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Ability to demonstrate multitasking skills and overcome logístical challenges
Ability to transfer skills across different systems and teams
