Contract: Temp to Perm

Pay Rate: £10.90 per hour PAYE

Our client who are one of the leading companies within the Facility Management sector are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team based in Wallsend area.

Shift pattern in place. Working hours 8 hours per day between 0600-2000, 5 days per week including Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational basis. (operational 24/7 365 days per annum so there may be a requirement for out of hours working occasionally.)

Must be able to work remotely as well as travel into the office.

**Duties**:

- Inputting new work tasks in to concept to ensure that attendance takes place within the required timeframes.
Plan PPM work for engineers and sub-contractors
- Track the daily work outstanding for engineers and sub-contractors
- Raise purchase requisition and/or purchase orders.
- Collate accurate reports as required.
- Ad hoc administration duties.
- Managing quoted works process liaising with contract staff where required.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of the FM business/Helpdesk Experience (desirable)
- An excellent telephone manner.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Outlook.
