FM Helpdesk Customer Service Advisor for Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE12 8BU
Full time Customer Service Advisor on the FM Helpdesk Fully flexible required - this is predominantly a day shift role however we are operational 24/7 365 days per annum so there may be a requirement for out of hours working occasionally. Shift pattern in place.
**Pay rate**: £10.25 per hour PAYE
**Duration**: 1 year contract
Working hours 8 hours per day between 0600-2000, 5 days per week.
Must be able to work remotely as well as travel into the office.
**Work Hours**: Start Time 06:00
**Work Hours**: End Time 20:00
**Job Description**:
These requests are facilities management within a business.
These can be minor or major requests depending on the issue.
It will be your responsibility to obtain as much information as possible from the requestor e.g., details of the fault, location, severity, and log this accurately on one of our systems.
Attention to detail, quality customer service, effective questioning, and the ability to use multiple IT systems are all the skills required to successfully perform on the helpdesk.
