**Position: HR Administrator**

**Salary from £21,257+ per annum (dependent on experience), increasing post probation period**

**Permanent: Part Time, 21 hours per week (working days can be agreed, however must work a Friday)**

**Location: Combination of Home and Office Based**

**2)** **About the role**
- We have a new and exciting opportunity to provide Human Resource support to management and staff regarding Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment and Induction, Absence Management Process and Best Practice.
- This is a generalist HR role supporting the HR Manager with the opportunity get involved with a variety of HR matters and project work.

**3)** **You must**
- Have a good depth of general HR knowledge in key areas of UK employment law.
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Have a methodical and ‘common sense’ approach with a keen eye for attention to detail.
- Have the ability to work to deadlines with good organisational skills.
- Be a strong relationship builder, both with internal and external stakeholders and be confident working collaboratively with colleagues to support in all HR matters.
- Have a commitment to equality and diversity and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for people with lived experience of disability.

**4)** **Employee Benefits**:
