A fantastic opportunity for a HR apprentice to join the Grange School. We are at an interesting time of improvement in both systems and approach to operational and strategic HR. In addition to day to day HR tasks there will be opportunity for developing and enhancing key HR documentations and processes.
**What will the apprentice be doing?**
With support and suitable training:
- To maintain the school’s electronic filing systems for personnel
- To maintain and update employee records on the HR/Payroll system
- To support the HR team members with the administration and organisation of recruitment; induction; probation; performance reviews; attendance; wellbeing; contractual changes; maintenance of organisational charts; staffing establishment; and processing of leavers
- To provide support in producing management information in relation to the HR and payroll function and to complete external staff surveys as required
- To provide general office administration duties (filing, post, scanning etc)
- To carry out other such duties as may be determined from time to time within the scope of the post
**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**
- HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard to be delivered within the workplace (no need for the successful Apprentice to attend college)
- Functional skills if required
**What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?**
- Possible progression available upon successful completion of apprenticeship
**Job Type**: Apprenticeship
**Salary**: £10,500.00 per year

- Northwich: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

- GCSE or equivalent (required)
