Customer Experience Representative

**THE OPPORTUNITY** **- Customer Experience Representative**
Your role will primarily involve responding to customer enquiries and complaints via multiple channels and identifying and communicating sensible action plans to customers when required. You will coordinate customers' "Back to Factory" repairs and make courtesy contacts with customers to support campaigns and establish customer satisfaction.
In addition to your customer service responsibilities, you will also support our dealer aftersales team during peak times, answering incoming queries, warranty claims, and correspondence from dealers and parks to create a seamless service and deliver the best outcomes for our customers.
**Who are we looking for?**
We are looking for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous experience in the caravan industry and CRM systems is desirable but not essential. Most importantly, we want someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service, proactive in preventing issues from escalating, and able to manage customers' expectations while working within company policy and guidelines.
In addition to the above, you will work as part of a supportive team, supporting your colleagues and covering dealer aftersales activities when required.
