- E-mail management across multiple accounts
- Customer Service Management and some content creation across social media platforms as advised by LCS Marketing & Business Development Manager
- Assisting LCS Marketing & Business Development Manager with review management, responses and reporting
- Reviewing reports, Rota creation for staff and excel based reporting
- Basic maths skills and excel spreadsheet skills
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
