Administration Assistant required to join the team in busy Private mental health practice. Must be computer literate, a team player but also have the ability to work using their own initiative. Good interpersonal skills necessary. Experienced in a very busy, ever changing office environment essential, with a wide variety of general administration activities. You will provide support across the business including, customer support, meet and greet visitors, data input, order processing, data tracking, and a wider range of administration activities supporting all team members.

**Responsibilities**
- Working alongside PA in a variety of different ways, for example, organising meetings and events, assisting in posting on social media, occasional booking of transport/travel.
- Typing meeting minutes.
- Scanning and input of information into a database.
- Diary management for all therapists in the practice.
- Keeping on top of all office stationery and office supplies.
- Online ordering where required.
- Running an office petty cash system.
- Taking customer payments and invoicing.
- May be required to carry out additional duties not listed to meet business demands.

- Client focused and committed to giving clients the best experience.
- Ability to work effectively both within a team and on their own initiative.
- IT confident and competent in the use of Microsoft systems, and bespoke diary booking system.
- Ability to adapt and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- GDPR competent
- Works well within a team environment and on your own.
- Excellent (can-do) attitude and motivated to do a great job.

Working hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. 35 days annual leave.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£21,500.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
