Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records using Sage accounting software
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions (raising customer invoices / credit notes; inputting supplier invoices and the raising of self bills)
- Recording timber data and maintaining clients records
- Supplying clients with account updates and all relevant paperwork

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as a Bookkeeper/Administrator or similar role
- Conversant with Sage 50c Accounts, Word and Excel
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £10,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 per week
