Office Administrator

Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join their team as an Administrative and Project Support Coordinator. This role is split equally between providing general clerical support and assisting with project-based work.
Key responsibilities include secretarial support, letter writing, filing, telephony, financial processing, and data entry into management databases. The role also involves coordinating contracts, organising administration tasks such as Drugs & Alcohol Tests and training courses, processing contractor and supplier payments, and analyzing field data. Additionally, the coordinator will use and manage databases/systems and the contractor database, liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, and organise training events in collaboration with the Head of Compliance and Divisional Heads.
This position is critical for ensuring compliance with company procedures and supporting commercial duties. If you are detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing diverse tasks, we encourage you to apply.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
