Look no further We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join this thriving team on a 12-month fixed term contract, covering maternity leave.
**The Company**
Our Client has a Utilities and Landscaping division based in Perth. Their work revolves around enhancing and maintaining landscapes while ensuring efficient utility services (Rail/Civils etc.). With an exciting range of projects in the pipeline, they offer a stimulating and rewarding work environment.
**Responsibilities**
As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing essential administrative support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing general administrative tasks such as letter writing, filing, and answering calls.
- Updating databases and maintaining accurate records.
- Processing contractor and supplier payments.
- Assisting with project work and coordination.
- Organizing drug and alcohol testing for workers.
- Coordinating attendance at training courses.
- Liaising with sub-contractors and maintaining effective communication.
**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative position.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of landscape or horticultural practices (preferred).
- A valid driver's license (preferred).
