**Administration Assistant**

You would support the workflow of members of the team who manage key utility accounts and customer projects. You would perform a variety of administrative duties as well as provide information and support to their valued customers. This role includes tasks performed on a day to day/monthly basis and is crucial to the smooth and efficient running of the business.

No mandatory qualifications are required, although, GCSEs in Maths and English are normally sought. An Administrative college course can give you the edge in an interview, but it is by no means compulsory.

**Location: Perth**
**Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 (dependant on experience)**
**Working hours: 37.5 Mon - Fri**

- Ability to use business software including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new systems for the role

- Ability to work alone and as a productive member of the team
- Strong organisational skills are essential, together with excellent time-keeping capabilities
- A strong work ethic with an eye for detail

**Key Accountabilities**

The main responsibilities of the role are outlined below:

- Provide administrative support to all team members when necessary
- Confidently liaise with suppliers and customers
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking and passing on messages accurately
- Organise and carry out electronic filing, photocopying and incoming post
- Sorting and scanning of mail, invoices and other documentation
- Data entry and checking with good numerical skills
- Learn to utilise and update Utility Click (a CRM system)
- Assistance with data input and checking of contracts on Utility Click: Tender preparation / Contract check / LOA - request and update / Log terminations / Update meter readings / Electronic filing and checking / Manage and process contract commissions
- Create and send Invoices (assist with bill validation)
