We are looking for someone to take on a Trading Administration role within Taygrow Ltd, an expanding Potato business based near the village of Abernyte in Perthshire.

This is an exciting role within a growing company. We have been operating for almost 6 years and require a business administrator to support our team and help continue to drive growth and stability.
- Be resourceful, confident and detail orientated
- Good understanding and experience of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Have basic knowledge of accounts processes and systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Takes pride and responsibility in own performance
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- The ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment

Previous experience in an office administration environment is preferable.

Office duties include:

- Manage stock control programme
- Assist with Import/Export documentation
- Aid office process creation and management
- Provide support to the Taygrow Team
- Organise, coordinate and monitor trades from initial enquiry to completion
- Confidently act as point of contact between staff, suppliers and customer
- General Office duties.

Hours will be a minimum of 30 hours per week over 4/5 days although these are flexible and negotiable. Salary or Hourly rate will be reflective of your ability and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£19,000.00 per year
