Sales Administrator

Established in 2012, Cartime is one of the UK’s fastest growing used car dealerships, which has recently been announced as the UK Car Supermarket of the Year for the second year running and has plans to rank in the top five independent dealerships in the country.
We specialise in providing prestige, showroom-condition cars from all makes and models, including brands such as Audi, BMW, Range Rover, Mercedes and Jaguar. With three showrooms located in Manchester, we boast the largest 4x4 Centre in the North-West, and have further expansion planned.
We have a strong approach to customer service and we are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team for a 9-12 month fixed-term contract to cover Maternity Leave. This role will be working across both the Bury and Rochdale areas of Manchester.

**The Role of our Sales Administrator**:
- Coordinating vehicles to be delivered to branches within set deadlines.
- Updating in-house computer systems through processing orders - attaching customer details to the vehicle and loading part-exchange details.
- Processing payments and ensuring customer insurance cover is up to date.
- Assisting with vehicle stock checks.
- Ensuring all new vehicle stock is up to date and offered to the business.
- Audit of deal files.
- Registration of Insurance Products - GAP, Tyre, Alloy, Smart Repair
- Transfer of the V5 and vehicle documents.
- Payment requests to the Accounts Department.
- Request of Finance Settlements.
- Raise lines for work and push to service dept - Pre-delivery Inspections, Multipoint checks, MOT, plus additional works as requested by the Sales Manager.
- Invoicing - ensuring that invoices match the order form and the finance details.
- Loading Trade Cars for collection.
- Ensure valets are booked on vehicles.
- Month end reports - profit checking (with Sales Managers), ensure all products are registered and settlements paid along with ad hoc reports for the Senior Management Team
**What you’ll need as our Sales Administrator**:
- Previous experience within a Sales Administration role within the automotive industry (preferred)
- Working knowledge of industry database systems (essential)
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent administration, typing and data entry skills.
- The ability to work as part of a strong and well-established team.
40 hours per week between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm.
This role would suit an person who is experienced in administration within the automotive industry who has working knowledge of all associated processes.
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
