**Accounts & Sales Administrator**

Up to £23,000 Depending on Experience
Full-time - 37.5 hours - 5 days a week

**As an Accounts Clerk, your key responsibilities will be**:

- Sales Ledger
- Credit Control
- Company Credit Card Reconciliation
- Daily Banking
- Bank Statement Reconciliation
- Purchase Ledger Support
- General Office & Admin duties

**As a Sales Admin Support, your key responsibilities will be**:

- Being a central point of contact for your colleagues, communicating constantly and relaying information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Working closely with the sales team to process customers’ vehicle orders, ensuring vehicles are ordered exactly to customer requirements.
- Completing pre-delivery related tasks eg. vehicle registration, taxing vehicles, collating paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, keeping them informed of customer order status and any issues that might arise.
- Liaising between in-house departments, including after sales, ensuring completion of invoicing and to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Keeping records complete and up to date for new, used and fleet sales.
