A manufacturing company located near Sudbury are looking for a Sales & Accounts Administrator on a permanent basis This company, with headquarters in Norway, embraces a work culture centred around employee well-being and happiness, aligning with the reputation of Norway as the "happiest" country in the world.
As an Accounts/Sales Administrator, you will report directly to the Office Manager/Director and be responsible for the following:
- Creating invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, packing lists, and picking lists using the SAGE platform.
- Managing invoicing and booking purchase/sales invoices in Sage.
- Processing supplier payments and accurately recording them in Sage.
- Recording payment receipts from customers and third parties in Sage.
- Generating stock reports using the SAGE platform and initiating stock reordering as necessary.
- Sending payment statements to customers for pending payments using the SAGE platform.
- Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments.
- Conducting quarterly VAT runs and processing payments to HRMRC.
- Reconciling bank statements with Sage records.
