Sales Administrator

Our client is a leading supplier of hydraulic and air conditioning products.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service by liaising clients
- Supply customers with order confirmations
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery
- Allocating stock to sales orders
- Booking carriers and printing relevant documents and labels
- Maintain and update customer database
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries or issues
**Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Sage 200 preferred but not essential
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
Hours of work are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-2.45pm
This position will lead to permanent when you have completed satisfactory probationary period
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £22,360.00-£25,000.00 per year
