ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Activities & Well-being Coordinator at Pilling Nursing Home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver holistic care and support for our residents. Our goal is to ensure occupation to all our residents and ensure they enjoy a wholesome life during their time with us. This is an extremely rewarding role extensively built on getting to know our residents and their families. You will be responsible for creating a fun, stimulating and creative activities programmes focused on maximising everyone's wellbeing, independence and social engagement.

ABOUT YOU
You'll need to be a warm hearted, outgoing, bubbly individual to join us as an Activities & Well-being Coordinator. You will need to have a 'can do' attitude, with excellent time keeping skills and continued enthusiasm. You will need to show initiative and creativity when it comes to community involvement and ensure they create and maintain active community relationships. Any similar experience would be ideal, but it isn't essential. We have an extensive e-learning platform alongside in house support to help you develop and explore your skills and knowledge.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
