**THE ROLE**

We have a fantastic opportunity to join us in the position of Community Retrofit Co-ordinator (Residents) who will support our project, Warm and Safe Homes (WASH), in Fishwick.

An important part of this role will be the collation, co-ordination and recording of operational paperwork such as Licence Agreements, Land Registry checks etc on our online management system, AdvicePro.

**What you will need to succeed**

You will need to be an excellent and confident communicator, displaying an empathetic yet resilient attitude. You will also need to demonstrate proven experience of customer service and good computing skills.

You will be skilled in the use of MS Office Applications, and have an evidenced track record of being able to multi-task and prioritise, with a methodical and thorough approach to tasks.

You will have the ability to maintain administration systems independently and accurately, as well as being highly organised at managing time and workload without assistance.

**This is a part-time role - 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a flexi-time basis.**

**You will be required to be present in the local community hub every day in Preston, post holders must be resident within the UK and be able to prove their right to work in the UK.**

**We are offering**:

- £22,777 - £27,343, (FTE) - Salary Grade 4-5
- 11½% non-contributory pension
- 25 days (FTE) annual leave plus 3 additional days in between Christmas New Year Period when our offices close; plus all public holidays per annum
