**About the role**

Based in our sales office, your responsibilities will include:

- Sales order processing, invoicing and related administration
- Proactive outgoing telesales calls
- Fielding incoming enquires from prospects and members of the public
- Preparing daily, monthly and quarterly sales reports
- A variety of other tasks related to a busy sales office operation including CRM housekeeping and organising electronic filing

You must be confident on the phone and be able to handle a wide variety of queries and tasks accurately and at a fast pace with mínimal supervision.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively is key.

You’ll also be working closely with our field sales team. This includes spotting and communicating account trends as well as proactively making outgoing sales calls in order to highlight current promotions, react to missed opportunities, highlight new products and build on existing customer relationships.

**Prefered experience**
- Administration
- Sales
- ERP systems; Sage 50 preferred

Full training will be given.

**Hours**:

- Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
