Office Administrator

Alarmtec are looking for an Office Administrator to provide proactive support to our busy Installation department.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Collating final documentation for jobs, including operation and maintenance manuals, certification etc.
- Placing orders with subcontractors; issuing contracts and other associated documentation.
- Maintaining the Company’s Plant, Calibration and Drawing Registers to include the checking of drawings.
- Assisting our Stores department during busy periods and cover during absences.
- Maintaining the Company’s stock system, raising orders and produce despatch documentation.
- Producing weekly departmental reports
**About you**:
- The ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- A confident, proactive and organised approach to your work
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office
- The ability to accurately input data and maintain attention to detail
- Must be able to conduct light manual handling duties (manual handling training will be provided)
**What we offer**
- 21 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays), rising with length of service to 24 days
- £23,000
- Sick pay scheme in line with length of service
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00 per year
