Low Carbon Exchange are looking for an Administrator to join our rapidly expanding renewable energy company.
This well-established company specialise in the design, installation, maintenance of renewable energy systems and decarbonisation works to include Heat Pumps, Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Loft Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation, External Wall Insulation, Ventilation any many more. We work predominantly with the social housing sector and local councils.
We are looking for someone to assist us with updating our works manager system, producing, and filing paperwork, logging new job requests, raising purchase orders and assisting in making appointments for our surveyors and installation teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner; Assess importance of each call and appropriate response, relay messages.
- Assist in booking appointments with residents
- Collate and update all Handover documentation and photographic evidence.
- Update Master spreadsheets for all clients
- Create, develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
- Organise and manage filing electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist in maintaining and updating both Low Carbon Exchange and sub-contractor training records and certification
- Undertake company training as requested
**The Person**
- Good track record of working in a multi-disciplined, fast paced role
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly
- High accuracy levels and attention to detail
- Comprehensive knowledge of job management systems and/or Microsoft Office packages
- Able to exercise discretion & high levels of confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work as part of a team or on own

**Certification/Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
- Good standard of education including English/IT skills GCSE or equivalent
