Property Administrator

Reporting to Head of Property and Directors

2 days per week. Flexible on days but Friday is desirable. Self employed with the view to becoming employed.

**Property Administrator Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assisting the Head of Property with administration support.
- Assisting new tenants from setting up electrical supply, updating insurance and ordering signage etc.
- Placing together and sending property lists.
- Keeping invoices organised and filed weekly.
- Providing admin support to the Directors.
- Keeping a record of budgets and costs and assisting the Finance Manager when needed to ensure we are on target.
- Being a point of contact to our tenants and directing enquiries to the appropriate person. Keeping a record of all works on Capsule.
- Creating mail merges when we need to send out bulk messaging.
- Archiving electronic reports and files and dealing with day-to-day administration.
- Liaising with property agents and internal Head of Business Development in respect of marketing properties.
- Arranging property viewing and survey appointments.

**Property Administrator Skills and Qualification**:

- Experience with commercial, residential and agricultural property preferred but not essential
- Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skills.
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Maintain good relationships with key groups including occupiers and suppliers.
- Focused, organised and accurate.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint & ability to learn new systems such as Adobe & Pro Map and Capsule.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
