**Agriculture & Compliance Administrator**

At Gregory Distribution, we have a vacancy for an **Agriculture & Compliance Administrator.** This is an exciting opportunity, which specialises within the recycling/waste industry.

**The position of Agriculture and Compliance Administrator involves**:

- Ensure that all operations adhere to relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Collate orders for approval, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria.
- Extract and present key information from data systems to assist in the recycling of Biosolids and the allocation of land for this purpose.
- Assist with obtaining and delivering soil samples for lab analysis.
- Maintain farm files and key documentation, guaranteeing that contracts are followed, and relevant legislation is adhered to.
- Report significant changes in compliance or land availability to the Manager and Supervisors.
- Advise farmers on compliance with current legislation and the use of governmental or EU schemes.
- Keep documentation up to date with agricultural legislation, government, and environmental regulations and guidelines.
- Report on product quality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures, policies, and accreditations.
- Ensure adherence to company and contractual obligations regarding stockpile inspections and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety, Environmental, and Business Management policies and procedures.
- Provide cover for HACCP testing as required.

**Essential skills required for Agriculture and Compliance Administrator**:

- Experience of waste recycling to agricultural land would be advantageous.
- Ability to communicate at all levels, including to key stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail is critical and working to deadlines daily.
- Able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- MS packages to include, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

**Desirable skills required for Agriculture and Compliance Administrator**:

- Knowledge of Quality and Environmental Systems.
- Knowledge of waste regulations, Bio Solids Assurance Scheme, Safe Sludge Matrix and Environment Agency and Water authority regulations.
- Sampling experience.
- Experience of land spreading techniques and equipment.
