Job Description:
The Day-to-Day Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment to create a well-organized work environment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Assist with financial tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and project coordination
- Assist in event planning and coordination for internal and external functions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software
- Basic understanding of financial procedures and budgeting
