Part-Time Administrator
Outskirts of Bedford
Up to 15 hours per week, Flexible on days and times
Starting at £12-13ph, Depending on experience
The role will be responsible for supporting the administration and inventory control teams, and various administrative tasks such as filing, creating, and updating documents when necessary.
Due the location being outside of Bedford, you will need to be able to reliably commute.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the current administrator and the inventory control team, assisting them in all their admin needs.
- Maintain and update all filing systems, documents, and creating documents when required.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent proven organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently, expert multitasking skills a must.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is mandatory, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
