Administrator - Part Time

24 hours, 3 days per week: 08.00 - 16.30

**Salary**: £15,000.96

Car driver essential due to location.

**Key Responsibilities: Administrator**
- Taking inventory of office supplies and replenishing as appropriate.
- Helping to establish and maintain office procedures.
- Assisting management team when needed.
- Helping to arrange training and refresher courses as required.
- Supporting the payroll-based activities.
- Assisting with the preparation of all new starter admin and liaison with new starters.
- Coordinate internal training schedule and book external providers.
- Keeping HR records up to date.
- Manage booking of hotels/accommodation/transport for personnel when working off-site.
- Process incoming post.
- Processing expense claims and help with other finance tasks (training will be given).
- Variety of research for the improvement of the smoothing running of the office.

**Skills / Attributes: Administrator**
- Confident, independent, structured, accurate and reliable - you are the ‘go to’ support for the Office Manager.
- Proactive work ethic.
- Fast learner.
- Positive mindset with a can-do attitude always finding creative and pragmatic solutions.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 would be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £15,000.00-£15,000.96 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
