Client Relationship Executive

_**The Role**:_
We are looking for a full-time Sales Person/Appointment Setter to join our team of high-performance marketing consultants In this role you’ll be working to follow-up on the leads coming into our office to schedule appointments, field questions, follow-up on inquiries, send out information packages and assist in maintaining the integrity of the company’s database.

As well as working an extensive book of white-hot leads, you’ll be using an amazing CRM that makes calling leads quick and easy, sending your number of dials (and commissions) through the roof whilst delivering an incredible service for the community of Surrey to help them with chronic pain and debilitating back issues.

West Chiropractic is a rapidly growing Chiropractic Clinic that has experienced rapid growth in the last few years now across two clinics in Surrey. Our patient centred focus has allowed us to grow rapidly over the last few years and we now have a great position for a great operations/general manager to help our continued growth to be able to serve even more people. We currently employ 25 people at our clinics in Surrey. The founder of the company - has worked in professional sport with Bournemouth Football Club and London Irish Rugby Club, is a published author and a speaker. He has grown his clinics rapidly in the last 4 years. That growth has happened because of the incredible team and culture that has been created at West Chiropractic by the staff. This has allowed us to create a place that staff love to come to work to learn and grow - and a place that our patients look forward to coming back to time and time again.
**This is an awesome opportunity for someone WHO**:
- Has at least one years experience in a successful inside sales position, preferably setting appointments in a business-to-business environment.
- Likes to work in a small company where your input, contributions and ideas will directly impact the company’s growth and success.
- Loves a fast paced, NO DRAMA environment where office politics, backstabbing, gossip and negativity are NOT tolerated.
- Enjoys helping clients and talking to people.
- Wants a company that provides their sales person with great MARKETING to support their efforts (you’ll only be calling WARM/QUALIFIED leads).
- Has extreme attention to detail and is highly organized; in this role, making sure all fields are updated correctly in the database is critical.
- Is a quick, self-motivated learner and wants to work for a company that will invest in their learning and skill development (we WANT you to learn and get better).
- Doesn’t want to travel and prefers talking to people over the phone to schedule appointments or provide answers.
- Wants a position that will offer upward earning and career advancement; we want people who are interested in growth, learning and becoming part of our long-term team.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Ability to work to meet deadlines, (often) under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- **Your Compensation**:_ **Competitive base salary of £23,000 per annum.**
- Bonus/Commission Structure that will take annualized pay well past £40,000.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
