We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior B2B Client Relationship Manager to join our team at GCL. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with our clients and drive business growth.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of autonomy, discretion, and professionalism. As a Senior B2B Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will also have a proven track record of success in sales or account management, with a strong understanding of the B2B market.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and feedback
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
  • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
